Your Role:

• Receive comprehensive training to become a certified digital expert

• Help entrepreneurs and companies boost their online reputation and visibility

• Guide businesses on improving their digital profiles on the worlds top search engine

• Troubleshoot and resolve more complex customer issues or escalate when needed

• May involve suggesting relevant products to current users

What You Bring:

• Excellent command of Swedish and strong English communication skills

• Customer-focused attitude and problem-solving mindset

• Confidence using computers, internet applications, and MS Office

• Familiarity with Google products (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Maps, etc.)

• Understanding of Chrome OS and Android systems
