Your Role: What Youll Be Doing

As a Customer Service Representative, your responsibilities will include:

• Managing supplier invoices through our internal systems

• Assisting suppliers with invoice-related questions

• Handling communication via calls and emails

• Assessing when escalation is needed

• Coordinating connections between suppliers and clients as necessary

What Were Looking For

Youll be a great fit if you:

• Are fluent in Finnish (written and spoken) and comfortable in English (B2 level)

• Have strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

• Are proficient in Excel and have excellent communication skills

• Can independently manage tasks from start to finish
