What Youll Be Doing

As a Customer Representative and Sales professional, you will:

• Sell cruise packages and related travel products

• Upsell and cross-sell services to enhance the customer experience

• Provide support for booking and post-booking processes

• Assist travel agents with reservation management

• Answer customer inquiries on destinations, ships, documentation, pricing, and more

What Youll Bring

Youll thrive in this role if you:

• Speak Dutch fluently (C1 level) and have strong English skills (B2 level)

• Are comfortable using computers and navigating digital tools

• Pay close attention to detail and enjoy solving problems

• Communicate effectively in both spoken and written formats

• Can manage multiple tasks efficiently
