Salary is EUR 1,250 per month gross with bonuses

What Youll Do

Handle incoming customer calls, chats, or emails in French for the users

Provide accurate, friendly, and timely support on our products and services

Assist with troubleshooting technical issues, guiding customers to solutions

Ensure a positive customer experience by resolving complaints effectively

Document customer interactions and escalate issues when necessary
What Were Looking For

Fluency in French (C1 or native level) and good English skills (B2 minimum)

EU citizenship or a valid work permit for Portugal

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Passion for technology

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a focus on customer satisfaction

Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not mandatory
