    Key Responsibilities:

    • Design marketing graphics for social media, ads, email newsletters, and presentations.

    • Develop branded templates and visual systems for consistent content delivery.

    • Support creative direction by translating ideas into clear, visually appealing designs.

    • Collaborate with the content and paid ads teams to produce scroll-stopping creatives.

    • Adapt designs for different platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, etc.).

    • Maintain an organized archive of design files and templates.

    • Stay updated on design trends and platform-specific visual standards.


    Qualifications:

    2-3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital marketing or agency role.

    - Strong portfolio showcasing social media and marketing design work.

    Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) or Canva.

    Understanding of layout, typography, color theory, and branding principles.

    Ability to work in a fast-paced, remote team and meet deadlines consistently.

    Bonus: Motion graphics or video editing skills are a plus.
