Crowscope is sourcing experienced Millwrights for a leading manufacturer known for producing high-quality rigid plastic packaging solutions for the FMCG market. If you've worked on injection, compression, or blow moulding machinery, this is a fantastic opportunity to grow with an established player in the industry.

Minimum Requirements:
Grade 12 or equivalent
Qualified Millwright (Trade Tested)
5+ years experience in a plastics manufacturing environment
2+ years in FMCG
Experience on injection/compression or blow moulding machinery

Key Responsibilities:
Electrical & mechanical maintenance and breakdown response
Troubleshooting and diagnostics
️Process improvements & root cause analysis
Job card and maintenance system compliance
Quality control and shift handovers
Safety and housekeeping adherence

Ideal Candidate Traits:

• Calm under pressure

• Strong communicator

• Comfortable with maintenance systems like CMMS, SAP, JDE, or Shopware
