We started a few years ago (back in March 2020) to solve a huge problem: helping talented Anglo speakers who make Aliyah find great jobs in Israel. Today, we're the go-to job board for this niche, and we're expanding fast into specialized recruitment services. We're on a mission to revolutionize how companies here in Israel connect with incredible global talent.
We need a dedicated, sharp-witted person to join us and help tell our story to companies that need the talent we have.
The Gig: Sales Development Representative (SDR)
Were looking for someone ambitious and reliable to be the very first voice of Cruitie to our future clients. This role is highly focused on setting us up for success by generating qualified leads.
This is a high-impact, part-time position perfect for someone who is motivated by targets and loves making things happen.
The Practical Details
- Schedule: 3 hours a day, Sunday Thursday (15 hours/week total).
- When: You must be able to work in the late morning or early afternoon hours that's when our prospects are most available.
- Your Mission: You'll be on the phone, using our tools, talking to decision-makers (HR, Talent Acquisition, etc.) at leading Israeli companies.
What You'll Be Doing (The Two Pitches)
Your time is split between two crucial conversations:
- Pitching the Platform: You'll be calling prospects and pitching them on why advertising their open positions on Cruitie is the only way to consistently reach the exact Anglo talent they're missing out on.
- Pitching Recruitment Services: You'll also be setting up meetings for our team to discuss our full-service recruiting program the deep dive where we help them fill their most critical roles with our specialized candidates.
The goal? Setting up quality introductory meetings for our closers. You're the gatekeeper, making sure every meeting is a solid opportunity.
Were Looking For Someone Who Is...
- Ambitious, charismatic, and genuinely reliable. Were still building things, so you need to be a self-starter.
- Experienced in Sales (a must). You know how to talk on the phone, handle a soft 'no,' and pivot a conversation.
- Ready to work those late morning/early afternoon hours (a must).
- Interested in getting in on something big from the ground up. Were growing rapidly, and so will your opportunities.
- Experience in business development is a big plus, but if you have proven SDR/sales success, we want to talk to you.
- Fluent, clear, and professional communicator (English native level is great!).
