What Youll Be Doing

• Build end-to-end features: Own the full cycle from gathering requirements and designing solutions to development, testing, and deployment.
• Improve and innovate: Maintain and upgrade existing applications while driving performance and quality.
• Collaborate cross-team: Work side-by-side with product, design, and QA to bring ideas to life quickly.
• Troubleshoot and optimize: Use your analytical skills to identify bottlenecks and make systems run smoother.
• Mentor and lead by example: Help junior developers grow while sharing your knowledge and implement best practices.

What You'll Bring

• 3+ years of full stack development experience.
• Strong front-end skills: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and frameworks like React or Angular.
• Solid back-end experience in Python or Node.js.
• Bonus points for:
• PostgreSQL or other relational databases.
• Familiarity with Git, Agile, and CI/CD.
• Experience with AWS, Docker, or Kubernetes.
• Background or interest in finance/fintech
