About the Role
The International Sales Manager will lead business development and sales activities across global markets, driving growth through strategic partnerships, direct client engagement, and distribution management. The ideal candidate combines strong commercial acumen, cultural sensitivity, and a passion for innovative, environmentally impactful technologies.
Key Responsibilities

Identify and develop new business opportunities across international markets

Manage relationships with distributors, partners, and key accounts

Lead the full sales cycle from lead generation and negotiation to closing and post-sale relationship management

Develop and execute regional sales strategies to achieve revenue and market share targets

Represent the company at exhibitions, trade shows, and customer visits worldwide

Collaborate closely with internal teams (marketing, operations, and product) to ensure seamless customer experience

Analyze market trends and customer needs to inform business strategy and product direction

Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and market intelligence updates for management
Qualifications

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (MBA advantage)

5+ years of international sales experience, preferably in the technology, industrial, or environmental sectors

Proven success managing complex B2B sales cycles and international accounts

Strong negotiation and presentation skills with the ability to communicate across cultures

High proficiency in English (additional languages advantage)

Willingness to travel internationally up to 40%
