About the Role

The Service and Project Lead will oversee the installation, maintenance, and technical support of advanced systems for customers in Israel and abroad. The position requires a technically proficient and customer-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage service and project activities for customers locally and internationally

• Supervise and execute installation, commissioning, and maintenance work

• Diagnose malfunctions, conduct system testing, and ensure reliable equipment operation

• Provide both on-site and remote technical support to clients

• Manage and resolve equipment failures while maintaining high service quality

• Prepare and update operational procedures and service documentation

• Generate performance and incident reports as needed

• Drive initiatives to improve efficiency, reliability, and safety in operations

• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, R&D, and operations teams to provide technical assistance and feedback

Qualifications

• Certified Electrical Technician (or equivalent technical training)

• Proven background in working with multidisciplinary systems (mechanical, electrical, and control)

• Ability to read, interpret, and modify electrical schematics and hydraulic diagrams
