DevOps Specialist

We're looking for a DevOps Specialist who knows how to build systems that work  fast, reliable, and scalable. You' ll be part of a small,  team that owns our infrastructure end to end, from automation and CI/CD to observability and cloud optimization.

What You' ll Do

• Design and implement Infrastructure-as-Code using tools like Terraform or Ansible

• Automate environment provisioning and configuration across on-prem and cloud

• Manage and optimize Linux-based systems for performance and stability

• Build and maintain containerized environments with Docker and Kubernetes (RKE2)

• Own and optimize GitLab CI/CD pipelines, ensuring smooth, automated deployments

• Maintain monitoring and observability stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, or similar)

• Manage AWS and Azure resources compute, networking, storage, IAM

• Collaborate closely with developers and security engineers to ensure seamless releases

• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and prevent them from happening twice

• Document setups clearly so others can build on your work

What You Bring

• 5+ years of experience in DevOps or Infrastructure Engineering

• Strong background in Linux and automation frameworks (Ansible, Terraform, etc.)

• Hands-on experience with Docker and Kubernetes (RKE2 or equivalent)

• Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and experience with GitLab or similar

• Familiarity with monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK)

• Good knowledge of AWS / Azure / GCP

• Strong scripting skills in Bash, Python, or Go

• Curiosity, accountability, and a drive to make systems faster, cleaner, and more reliable

• Bonus: experience supporting hybrid environments or legacy migrations
