wide-ranging duties and responsibilities including clerical,
administrative, and general office duties.
About CTL,E.P.
Cabos de Timor-Leste (CTL), E.P. is the state-owned enterprise of Timor-Leste entrusted with the critical mandate of managing and operating the nation's international submarine cable infrastructure and domestic terrestrial backbone network. CTL's primary function is to provide reliable wholesale internet bandwidth to internet service providers (ISPs) and mobile network operators within the country.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage office administration, supplies, and contracts;
- Support recruitment process, employee onboarding, and offboarding;
- Maintain employee records and manage leave, benefits, and payroll data;
- Assist with correspondence for the Executives team;
- Organize company logistics, meetings, and travel arrangements;
- Implement and maintain procedures/administrative processes;
- Ensure compliance with national labor laws and internal HR policies;
- Other duties as necessary.
Qualifications
- Diploma or bachelor's degree in Business Administration, HR, or relevant field;
- Proven experience in office management and/or HR administration;
- Strong organizational, communication and interpersonal skills;
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information;
- Proficiency in multiple languages is a plus.
Technology skills
- Advanced proficiency in office applications including spreadsheet, writer, and presenter;
- Proficient in use of online conference tools including Zoom and Microsoft Teams.
