Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a knowledgeable and experienced Immigration Manager to join our growing team. The Immigration Manager will play a crucial role in processing visa applications, managing company sponsorship, and providing immigration advice to our clients. This position requires excellent communication skills, a thorough understanding of Australian immigration laws and regulations, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process various visa applications, including 482, 494, and 400 skilled worker nomination visas, spouse visas, permanent residency visas, and other relevant categories.
  • Manage company sponsorship and DAMA (Designated Area Migration Agreement) applications.
  • Provide accurate and up-to-date immigration advice to clients, ensuring compliance with Australian immigration laws and regulations.
  • Maintain detailed records of all client cases and applications, ensuring data confidentiality and integrity.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure the efficient processing of visa applications.
  • Stay current with changes in immigration laws and regulations and communicate any relevant updates to clients and colleagues.
  • Manage client relationships, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of immigration strategies and processes to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of our services.

Qualifications and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., law, international relations, or business administration).
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in Australian immigration, with a focus on skilled worker visas, company sponsorship, and permanent residency applications.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of Australian immigration laws and regulations.
  • Registered Migration Agent (RMA) certification is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel and Word.
