The Role:

CTS People is currently seeking a Service Advisor on behalf of Bunbury Trucks Sales and Service. This pivotal role bridges our clients' customers with their expert technical team, ensuring a seamless service experience. Reporting directly to the Service Manager, the successful candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Customer First Contact: Provide a warm and professional welcome to all clients.
  • Effective Communication: Handle phone enquiries, bookings, and keep customers updated on their vehicle's progress.
  • Invoice Accuracy: Prepare and cost repair invoices for various accounts including retail, fleet, warranty, and internal.
  • Approval Processes: Obtain necessary repair and service authorisations from fleet companies.
  • Team Collaboration: Coordinate with the Workshop Controller to assign tasks to the technical team efficiently.
  • Expert Advice: Offer detailed consultations on vehicle repairs and maintenance options.
  • Appointment Coordination: Manage the scheduling of service appointments, vehicle drop-offs, and pickups.
  • Workflow Management: Oversee the service departments operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Building Relationships: Maintain and enhance customer relationships to encourage repeat and loyal business.

Who We Are Looking For:

  • Automotive Experience: Previous experience in the automotive industry, especially in a dealership environment, will be highly regarded.
  • Organisational Talent: Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently without compromising quality.
  • Tech Savvy: Familiarity with industry-specific software and Office 365.
  • Drivers Licence: A current driver's licence is required.
