Job Description:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop marketing concepts, objectives, and methodology to promote existing and upcoming programs.
  • Design and develop innovative marketing strategies and enhance existing ones.
  • Identify new target markets for current and upcoming programs.
  • Analyze competitor data to inform marketing strategies.
  • Assist in planning, preparing, and reviewing the marketing annual plan and budget.
  • Prepare marketing presentations, reports, and reviews for board members.
  • Attend outdoor meetings, press conferences, exhibitions, open days, and other events outside regular working hours.
  • Establish marketing campaigns from concept to completion.
  • Supervise marketing materials, press releases, and advertisements.
  • Collaborate with graphic design and video editing teams to ensure marketing collateral is in place.
  • Strategize print promotional campaigns and provide inputs.
  • Ensure effective creation and distribution of promotional materials like brochures, posters, pamphlets, etc.
  • Coordinate with media partners, business development agencies, and advertising agencies for marketing activities.
  • Maintain outdoor marketing (billboards, hoardings, flags, etc.) in good condition.
  • Plan and implement digital media campaigns, analyze results, and prepare reports.
  • Manage and enhance the University's brand equity across social media channels and assess new channel opportunities.
  • Organize and coordinate events, competitions, and visits with academic departments.
  • Ensure the University website is updated, fast, and effective.
  • Implement onsite and offsite SEO for the website.
  • Manage inventory and condition of gift items in the marketing store.
  • Interact with internal and external authorities to obtain necessary approvals and permissions.
  • Foster team spirit for the success of marketing projects and activities.
  • Ensure compliance of all marketing activities with University regulations.
  • Maintain up-to-date records and attend meetings as required.
  • Perform other related duties as needed.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Proven experience in marketing roles.
  • Strong analytical skills and ability to interpret data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices and website management is a plus.
