Current Opportunities:

Sous Chef

As Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Head Chef to manage day-to-day operations, lead service, and support the development of the kitchen team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise kitchen operations
  • Assist in menu planning and seasonal development
  • Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
  • Mentor junior team members

What Were Looking For:

  • Minimum 2 years experience as a Sous Chef (or strong CDP ready to step up)
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
