Current Opportunities:
Sous Chef
As Sous Chef, you'll work closely with the Head Chef to manage day-to-day operations, lead service, and support the development of the kitchen team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and supervise kitchen operations
- Assist in menu planning and seasonal development
- Maintain food safety and hygiene standards
- Mentor junior team members
What Were Looking For:
- Minimum 2 years experience as a Sous Chef (or strong CDP ready to step up)
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- High standards for quality and consistency
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure
