Sales Manager
Job Description:
We are seeking a Sales Manager to drive business growth for our events and programs across Singapore and international markets. This role covers corporate team building, product launches, tour group activities, school excursions, and partnership projects, with a focus on Corporate, Travel Agencies, Schools, and Alliance Partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales performance and achieve revenue targets across assigned market segments
- Identify and develop new business opportunities while maintaining existing client relationships
- Execute sales strategies using both traditional and innovative approaches
- Develop tactical sales plans aligned with company goals and product offerings
- Analyse sales performance, market trends, and financial data to support decision-making
- Coach and support junior team members to improve sales effectiveness
- Collaborate closely with Marketing and internal teams to drive conversions
Requirements:
- Degree in Hospitality, Event Management, Business, or a related field
- 3–5 years of sales experience, preferably in events, tourism, or hospitality
- Established network within corporate, education, government, or travel sectors
- Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
- Ability to manage client enquiries and deliver tailored solutions
- Self-driven, customer-focused, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
