HR Assistant

 Job Description:

Our client is in the manufacturing industry, and is currently looking for an HR Assistant to collectively drive its various HR programs.

Responsibilities:

  • Participate in a variety of recruitment activities so that the organisation’s recruitment process is efficient, effective and equitable.
  • Design, deliver and administer the organisation’s training programmes in accordance with the organisation’s training and development plan to enhance the performance of individual employees and meet the current and future human resources needs of the business
  • Coordinates and administers a variety of programmes and activities covering multiple HR activities.
  • Supports HR / Office Administration Manager in some aspects of the office administration including, but no limited to, maintenance, leasing, office equipment and purchasing of supplies.

Requirements:

  • Min Diploma in Business/Human Resources
  • 2 Years experience required
  • Junior HR professionals may apply
