We are seeking an experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage full set accounting and cost control functions for our operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle full-set accounting including AR, AP, GL, and month-end closing
• Prepare monthly financial statements and management reports
• Manage daily revenue reporting, cash handling, and bank reconciliations
• Monitor F&B cost control, inventory costing, and stock movement
• Ensure timely GST submission and statutory compliance
• Support budgeting, forecasting, and audit processes
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, suppliers, and internal teams

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the F&B industry
• Strong understanding of F&B cost control and inventory management
• Familiar with accounting and POS systems used in F&B operations
• Knowledge of GST and local statutory requirements
• Detail-oriented, organised, and able to meet reporting deadlines
