Our client is a local designer and manufacturer specializing in the creation of quality products such as art collectibles.

As the Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the administrative, financial, and risk management operations of the company.

Responsibilities

● Assist the CFO in managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Finance department

● Responsible for forecasting and budgeting exercise as per corporate guidelines

● Coordinate and liaise with internal parties to support intercompany activities

● Coordinate and liaise with external parties like external auditors, tax agents, corporate secretarial agents, local tax and government authorities where required

● Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and financial reporting

● Preparation and closing of monthly and annual financial statements

● Responsible for accounting processes and tasks

● Ensure compliance with all finance filing requirements, tax filing requirement, audits, procedures and forms both statutory and internal

● Assist in new processes and system implementation when required

● Develop and monitor control systems

Requirements

● Minimum Degree qualification in Accounting. CPA is good to have.

● Minimum 8 years of experience in Accounting / Financial / Business Analysis reporting roles. ● Strong in financial analysis.

● Strong knowledge of financial reporting standards, tax regulations,laws and any other compliance requirements.

● Has excellent communication skills and can engage with diverse people.

● Highly organized with excellent time management and scheduling skills.

● Meticulous and excellent project management skills.
