The Care Studio and Rehab Manager
Job Description:
The Care Studio and Rehab Manager will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations, service delivery, and strategic development of the Care Studio and Rehabilitation department. The role combines operational leadership, business development, staff management, and quality assurance to ensure the delivery of high-quality care services and rehabilitation programmes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the day-to-day operations of the Care Studio and Rehabilitation department.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives aligned with the organisation's vision and goals.
- Monitor operational performance, KPIs, budgets, and resource utilisation.
- Manage manpower planning, staff deployment, and team performance.
- Develop and enhance rehabilitation, day care, and home care programmes to support organisational growth.
- Ensure compliance with MOH regulations, licensing requirements, and internal policies.
- Formulate and implement operational policies and procedures for the department.
- Manage client care processes, including healthcare needs assessments, care planning, and rehabilitation programmes.
- Oversee service quality, incident management, client feedback, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Identify and develop new business opportunities, partnerships, and referral channels.
- Support recruitment, staff development, coaching, mentoring, and retention initiatives.
- Promote a positive team culture and ensure high standards of customer satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with PDPA and all relevant healthcare regulations.
- Support community outreach, marketing initiatives, and service promotion activities.
Requirements:
- Degree or Master's qualification in Allied Health or a related healthcare discipline.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in a community care, rehabilitation, healthcare, or aged care setting.
- At least 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore's healthcare, community care, and ILTC (Intermediate and Long-Term Care) landscape.
- Experience in operations management, quality assurance, risk management, and service improvement.
- Experience in staff coaching, counselling, manpower planning, and team development.
- Exposure to start-up operations, care centres, nursing homes, or home care services would be advantageous.
- Strong business development, stakeholder management, and client engagement skills.
- Excellent communication, leadership, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organisational abilities.
- Current BCLS + AED certification.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications; experience with Infocare systems would be an advantage.
