Our client is seeking a Senior Retail Assistant to join their team to promote golf-related products. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer interaction, has a positive attitude, and thrives in a retail environment. Candidates with golf-related knowledge will have an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead customer engagement by assisting with product selection and delivering high service standards.
• Ensure store presentation is maintained, with merchandise properly displayed and stocked.
• Handle cashiering duties accurately and support junior staff when needed.
• Take a proactive role in inventory checks, stock replenishment, and reporting discrepancies.
• Provide strong product knowledge and recommend suitable items to customers.
• Contribute actively to achieving store sales targets.

Requirements:

• Prior retail or customer service experience will be an advantage.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Service oriented with a positive and proactive attitude.
• Able to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Responsible, proactive, and a good team player.

Additional Information:

• 5-day work week
• Retail environment (Orchard Road)
