Customer Service Officer

 Job Description:

Our client is a leading hospitality service provider based in Hong Kong. It is seeking like-minded individuals with a passion to provide top notch service to customers and be a part of major gateway of the region.

Candidate has the option to work in its Singapore office or relocate to be based in Hong Kong on a 2 year employment contract.

Responsibilities:

  • Be the brand ambassador to provide customer support to guests
  • Provide directional support to customers and assist in any queries that they might have
  • Assist in back-end operations when required
  • Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations

Requirements:

  • Good command in spoken English
  • Flexibility to work on shift schedules (including overnight, weekend and public holidays
