HR and Office Manager

 Job Description:

Our client is one of Singapore's leading egg producers, that provides freshly laid high-quality eggs from their farm. Due to expansion, they are looking for a HR and Office Manager to join their team.

Roles & Responsibilities:

  • Handle payroll of employees
  • Ensure wages and tax withholdings comply with regulations
  • Create trusting relations with all employees, from the newly joined to the senior staff
  • Ensure that all the staff are aware of their benefits and how to obtain them
  • Prepare regular reports for the management including suggestions on how to improve the relations with the staff
  • Address employee queries and grievances in a timely and professional manner
  • Supports company operations by maintaining office systems, organizing office operations, procedures and any admin related issues
  • Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
  • Performing other relevant duties when needed.

Requirement :

  • Experience HR background
  • Positive working attitude
  • Able to work independently

Additional Information:

  • Working Hour: 8.30am -6pm, Monday to Friday
  • Salary range: Up to $5k
  • Meals and transportation provided
