The client is a consulting firm that specializes in providing business advisory and facilitating workshops to local small and medium sized enterprises.

Responsibilities

• Analyse the issues faced by companies and recommend the appropriate solutions and support.
• Identify areas of improvement and provide advice on business operations such as in the areas of financing, marketing, expansion, HR etc.
• Maintain knowledge of market insights, business landscape and advise companies on various options.
• Provide start-ups with guidance on setting up and starting new businesses.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience in consulting.
• Knowledge of current business landscape and market issues is good to have.
• Prior experience working with SME is good to have
• Knowledge in business advisory and diverse business functions such as business development, marketing, HR, finance etc.
• Strong interpersonal skills
