 Job Description:

Our client is a new emerging brand, that deals with renovation in a more sustainable way. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join their team.

Responsibilities:

  • Building customer relations and experiences to deliver optimal product knowledge and aftersales support to our clients. Customer interaction includes, physical studio space, online platforms messengers and live chats
  • Ability to effectively work with a team
  • Staying up to date with multiple product knowledge and understanding customer needs across different services and assisting them.
  • Work with related team to ensure effective communication and implementation of marketing campaigns.

Requirements:

  • This role requires you to have the ability to be customer centric, passionate and understanding that customer engagement is a key constitute in the growth of the brand.
  • Network with various departments and groups that are involved in customer support, orders, and processing.
  • Organized, independent and able to multi-task.

Additional Information:

  • Salary range: $2800-$3800
  • 5 days work week
  • 10:30am-7:30pm, Weds and Sunday OFF
  • Weekends availability
