Executive, Cluster Customer Relations

 Job Description:

Our client is a leading preschool operator with a number of branches islandwide. It is now looking for an executive to join their team (3 months contract).

Responsibilities

  • Assist centre principals with new enrolment orientation, collate and ensure documents are complete and accurate
  • Assist with student withdrawals and collecting of outstanding fees-
  • Responsible for system record updates for new enrolment, withdrawals and change of programme
  • Collate and organize documents as required
  • Assist with fees collection monthly, quarterly and as required. Work with central billing team to ensure all GIRO deductions are successful
  • Escalate bad debts to respective personnel and assist in recovery actions- Provide audit support to centre principals as required
  • Support cluster operations directors in operational duties or special projects, if required
  • Other adhoc duties assigned

  • Working location: Marine Parade
  • 3 months contract
  • Working hours: 9am to 6pm, Mondays to Fridays
