Our client is a leading provider of experience-based play facilities in Singapore who provides unique interactive play experiences to children. Due to expansion, they are looking for a Merchandising Executive to join their team.

Job Responsibilities

• Tracking, managing and fulfilment of online orders
• Merchandise restocks/deliveries/event set ups & tear downs
• Work closely with customer service team to handle any complains/feedbacks - Product management on all online/offline channels - Storage, inventory and product management
• Monthly stock count and submission of total inventory report
• Backend product management - Tracking of stock movement & ensuring physical stores shelf occupancy - Visual merchandising on various channels/platforms - Forecasting of various needs within merchandising (e.g. sales, manpower, stock availability, etc) - Simple housekeeping (e.g. keeping office tidy, ensure merchandise area is neat and tidy, etc)
• Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Proficiency in inventory management and backend product management systems
• Knowledge of visual merchandising techniques
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Previous experience in a similar role within the retail or e-commerce industry preferred

Additional Information:

• Work in office near City Hall
• Salary range $2800-$3200
