Customer Service Officer

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance to customers in Service Center.
  • Perform cost estimation based on guidelines sharing with customers on cost of repair
  • Responsible to provide customer with 1st level troubleshooting.
  • Perform equipment warranty and/or contract validation, inform customer the scope of warranty for the equipment before creating a repair case in system.
  • Issuance of payment receipt before releasing the equipment to the customer.
  • Resolve customer issues upfront for non-hardware / replacement related issues
  • To take down customers unit existing physical condition and accessories if any and obtain customers acknowledgement.
  • Handle and manage customer escalation, follow-up with respective personnel until resolution is offered and/or issue is resolved.
  • Other adhoc task as assigned.


Other information:

Working hours: 9.00am to 6.30pm (Monday to Friday)

Contract: 12 months (renewable)
