Our client is an international freight and shipping company. They are currently looking for a Junior Operations Controller to join their expanding team.

Responsibilities:
- Handles end-to-end all the operations sea bookings, including document handling and creation.
- Agent and partner communication and tracking throughout the process.
- Internal communications between offices/ clients on shipments.
- CargoWise file creations and management.
- Ensure systems are kept up to date throughout the process. (CargoWise)
- Ensure processes are being adhered to throughout shipping process.

Requirements:
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in Logistics
- General knowledge of Imports / Exports / General Logistics / Warehousing/ Customs / Rate Understanding
- Sea freight knowledge (Importing and Exporting / Cross Trades)
- SE Asia Knowledge
