Sales Manager/Senior Exec (Energy)

 Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Associate/Manager to join our team, specializing in the sale of hydrogen gas to corporations and government agencies. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, excellent communication skills, and a passion for promoting sustainable and innovative solutions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients in the corporate and government sectors interested in adopting hydrogen gas solutions.
  • Develop a comprehensive prospecting strategy to expand the client base.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within target organizations.
  • Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of hydrogen gas and its applications.
  • Understand client needs and provide customized solutions to meet their specific requirements.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to create effective sales plans and strategies, aligning with overall business objectives.
  • Set ambitious sales targets and work towards achieving and exceeding them.
  • Prepare detailed and persuasive sales proposals tailored to the unique needs of each client.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure accurate and comprehensive proposals.
  • Lead negotiations with clients, addressing concerns and ensuring a mutually beneficial agreement.
  • Collaborate with the customer support and technical teams to ensure seamless post-sales support and customer satisfaction.
  • Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments related to hydrogen gas and sustainable energy solutions.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the energy or industrial gases sector.
  • Knowledge of hydrogen gas applications and its relevance in corporate and government sectors.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.


Salary budget: Negotiable based on sales experience.
