The ideal candidate will be one who has experience in placing domestic helpers into customers homes in Singapore, and appreciates a good working environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Conducting interviews with customers and domestic helpers.
• Building and maintaining strong relationship with stakeholders.
• Matching the right domestic helper candidates to the right customers.
• Providing guidance and support to domestic helpers throughout the recruitment process.
• Staying updated on recent industry trends, market conditions, and changes in employment laws.
• Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of helper and customer information.
• Handle administrative tasks

Requirements

• Prior experience in the domestic helper agency will be a plus
• Possess CEI certification
• Strong understanding of the domestic helper industry
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment consisting of a family-like working environment.
• Results-oriented with a focus on client and candidate satisfaction.
• Familiarity with relevant employment laws and regulations.
