Accounts & HR Executive

 Job Description:

Our client is a private venture capital firm and due to expansion, they are seeking an experienced accounting cum HR executive to support the business operations. Ideal candidate will be one who does basic accounting and HR functions, in addition to providing administrative support to the director. 

Requirements: 

  • Basic accounting and book keeping knowledge
  • Basic HR functions such as payroll and new employee onboarding to about 10 regional remote employees
  • Provide administrative support to the director 
  • Other ad-hoc administrative duties as assigned

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in accounting function is a must
  • Minimum Diploma and above
  • Singaporeans only

Additional Information:

  • This is a part-time position (4 hours a day x 5 days a week)
  • Hybrid working model (WFH + Office)
