Corporate Secretarial Officer

 Job Description:

Our Client is a corporate secretarial firm serving a diverse clientele across various industries in Singapore. The role of the Corporate Secretarial Officer will report to the GM of the company.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for administrative matters with regards to corporate secretarial functions, such as company incorporation, preparation and arrangement of general and board meetings, paperwork and filing e.t.c
  • Conduct compliance checks - company due diligence, KYC checks
  • Maintenance of proper records and filing system
  • Assist in monthly management reporting
  • Provide advice on corporate governance and compliance matters
  • Liaise with accountant to obtain financial information
  • Any other tasks as directed

Requirements

  • Minimum Polytechnic Diploma or professional certification in any field
  • At least 3-4 years of corporate secretarial experience
  • Possess strong initiative, good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Committed and motivated individuals who are meticulous, have an eye for detail and enjoy working in a fast-paced dynamic environment
