Account Manager (Digital social media)

 Job Description:

The hiring company is a local brand communication firm assisting thousands of large enterprises in crafting the right brand messages for intended results. Due to expansion, they are looking to fill the role of Account Manager (Digital social media) 

Responsibilities

  • Oversee client relationship and allocated tasks to verify that requirements are fulfilled on schedule
  • Ensure clear, succinct, and efficient interaction with clients and stakeholders
  • Collaborate with the Account Director to oversee the process between external organizations, clients, and the creative department to ensure that tasks are delivered on time and on budget
  • Engage in pitching, from recognizing possibilities to developing strategies and giving proposals
  • Develop and implement successful digital tactics in collaboration with the marketing and creative departments, as well as enabling the development of project briefs that fulfil business and/or campaign goals
  • Analyze the client's brief, carry out research, plan, develop, and design rollouts and activations across integrated campaigns and/or editorial calendars, and oversee a complicated, multi-channel campaign across the many stages of the pipeline / customer experience
  • Handle assets, content agendas, and publishing agendas on a monthly basis
  • Manage daily exchanges and questions from social media users
  • Guide and assist customers in upholding social service standards and ensuring response times match client's needs
  • Reporting, tracking and implementing issues on digital platforms and managing issue resolution by allocating the right resources
  • Ad performance should be monitored, optimized, tracked, and reported on
  • Create social media performance reports on a weekly and quarterly basis
  • Analyze and provide data and knowledge gained in ways that will improve editorial schedule development choices and meet KPIs
  • Create content foundations and concept ideas for multi-channel channels, such as social media, websites and digital media systems, and supervise the design and deployment of high-quality creative deliverables

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience in advertising agencies and managing social media platforms
  • Excellent knowledge of how to maximize all social media sites
  • Strong communication and written skills
  • Experience in Government Account will be an advantage
  • Singaporean Only
