A leading musical instrument retailer and due to expansion, it is looking for an Retail Associate to join its rank.

Responsibility:

• Process orders including e-commerce orders on a timely manner
• Generate shipping documents like invoices, sales orders, purchase orders, delivery orders, consignment notes and etc
• Plan shipments based on product availability and customer requests
• Track and ensure that orders are received and delivered in timely manners
• Support all supply chain procedures, from coordinating deliveries to managing
• shipping documentation to maximize quality of delivery
• Manage daily requests and provide information regarding order / delivery status.
• Orchestrate all logistics / shipping functions and interact with logistics partners and demand/supply managers
• Maintain updated records of orders, suppliers and customers
• Enter data into specialized software and solve any logistics issues that may arise
• Maintain and update stock inventory records and location of goods and reconcile inventory.
• Answering incoming calls, re-direct customers enquiries and correspondences
• Communicate and cooperate with supervisors and co-workers
• Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules and regulation

Requirements:

• Minimum N or O levels
• Well-organized and understand the order fulfilment cycle
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• Good communication skills
• Ability to read and write English proficiently
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, Powerpoint
• Ability to adjust priorities and manage time wisely in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to communicate across company departments
• High attention to detail
