The Physiotherapist will be responsible for assessing patients, developing personalized treatment plans, and delivering high-quality physiotherapy services through home-based sessions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment and exercise programs.
• Conduct home-based physiotherapy sessions, ensuring effective and safe treatment delivery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as needed.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises and recovery plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure holistic patient care.
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Physiotherapy or relevant qualification.
• Ideally at least 2 years of clinical experience in Singapore.
• Valid practicing license.
• Able to work independently and manage home-based sessions.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
