The opportunity:

Our client is the premier global video creation platform, enabling brands to create quality videos anywhere in the world. The platform simplifies the complexity of video production and connects brands to creators globally through a simple, streamlined workflow.

We’re looking for a Business Development Manager to generate new leads and grow the regional and global brands portfolio.

In this role, you will be acquiring new customers in the region across various industries, driving their retention, and generating revenue growth targets. The opportunity is suited to someone self-motivated and driven to achieve results.

Your role will include:

  • Developing and executing sales strategies to acquire new businesses
  • Growing existing accounts comprising global and regional brands.
  • Understanding the customer and their video content needs and representing the company as a strategic partner to them.
  • Successfully meeting sales revenue goals and maintaining growth in sales activity.
  • Proactively maintain account plans, systems, and tools with pipeline activity.
  • Keeping abreast of the latest product developments, competition, and industry trends that may impact Brand acquisition and growth.

We are looking for candidates with:

  • Experience in content creation, advertising, or media, focusing on generating new business and growing existing accounts for global brands.
  • A strong sense of urgency, exceptional organisational skills, and natural relationship-building ability.
  • Strong knowledge of video content production and social video ecosystem.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and presentation skills to relate to and build authentic relationships with brands and partners.
