The opportunity:

Our client, one of South East Asia's pioneer Fintech's, is expanding and is looking for a Product Manager to join the team in a newly created role.

In this role, you are passionate about building Fintech products that consumers love. You will have excellent analytical skills and take a data driven approach to everything you do. You are obsessive about understanding customer behaviour, finding new ways to improve user conversion and online experience.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Analysing data on user behaviour and campaign performance to inform decision making on product features, marketing and customer experience.
  • Assessing business requirements and generating new ideas that fill product gaps, grow market share and drive growth.
  • Translating product enhancements and strategy into detailed requirements and prototypes.
  • Facilitating focus groups and customer research in partnership with the marketing team, to solicit feedback on company products and services.
  • Managing new product features to ensure seamless implementation and excellent customer experience at all times.
  • Project managing the sprint planning process in partnership with the tech team, to ensure product development runs seamlessly at all times.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

    • At least 5 years' of experience in product management.
    • Hands-on track record of developing and launching new tech products and managing the end-to-end technical product lifecycle.
    • Expertise and comfort with working with large datasets and presenting insights and recommendations.
    • A high sense of urgency, with personal qualities of integrity, credibility, quality, and comfort with ambiguity and fast-paced environments.
    • Tertiary qualification in computer science, mathematics or engineering preferred.
