The opportunity:

As the Head of Product, you will report to the Chief Technology Officer. You will be responsible for working collaboratively with the leadership team to set out a vision, roadmap, and goals for the company's product offering. You will write detailed product specifications and manage the project execution of each product iteration.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning internal communication regarding product roadmap and releases and external communication to customers on new features.
• Engaging with customers to understand requirements and establishing feedback processes for receiving and organising feedback and requests.
• Looking for opportunities to monetise new features and up-sell to existing customers.
• Supporting the Sales Team and Sales Process with product materials and updates.
• Ensuring adequate training and training materials to support internal and external users.
• Collaborating with Marketing to ensure the Product is represented correctly in all sales enablement tools.
• Collaborating with Engineering to ensure timely delivery of product increments.
• Measuring relevant platform metrics and prioritising features based on these metrics.
• Verifying that new product increments satisfy the business requirements.
• Making data-driven design, feature, and improvement recommendations.
• Performing user satisfaction surveys to help identify areas for improvement.
• Leading and implementing internal stakeholder sign-off processes, ensuring accountability for ROI.
• Identifying and evaluating user and business requirements.
• Creating clear UI mockups for new features.
• Participating as the "Product Owner" in the Agile process, responsible for writing User Stories, Acceptance Criteria and Prioritisation of the Backlog.
• Ensuring clean and accurate documentation that may include business requirements, client requirements, and technical specifications, and writing findings in the form of reports.
• Lead relationships with 3rd party partners and look for opportunities to grow the product offering through strategic partnerships.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• To be analytical, detail-oriented, and conscientious.
• Strong skills and ability to troubleshoot issues quickly and find solutions to solving them independently promptly.
• Working knowledge of Google G-Suite, Google Sheets, Google Docs, Trello.
• Experience collaborating with an Agile engineering team.
• Experience working with mockup tools, e.g. Invision, Balsamiq.
• Knowledge of IT processes and willingness to constantly update knowledge.
• Inbuilt ability to multitask, working on more than one issue simultaneously.
• Able to carry out tasks with little or no supervision.
• Familiarity with cloud-based SaaS products.
• Experience with analytics and manipulating raw data for driving product decisions.
