As we continue to expand our brand, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Chief Growth Officer to join our team.
Job Summary:
As the Chief Growth Officer, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the company's growth strategies. You will work closely with the CEO and other senior leaders to develop and execute plans that will drive revenue and expand our customer base. This is a leadership role that requires a strong understanding of business development, marketing, and sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Revenue Growth
- Develop and execute strategies to increase revenue by at least 15-20% annually
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and key customer segments
- Develop and implement growth strategies that align with the company's overall goals and objectives
- Conduct market research and analyze industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and launch new products and services
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to measure the success of growth initiatives
- Identify potential partnerships and collaborations to expand the company's reach and customer base
- Stay updated on industry developments and competition to inform growth strategies
- Present growth plans and progress reports to the CEO
Marketing and Brand:
- Lead and manage the marketing and sales team to drive revenue and increase brand awareness
-Drive strategies and tactics to boost the business; driving qualified traffic online and offline.
-Oversee branding, social media, content creation, and promotional campaigns
-Deploy a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media management, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis
-Monitor, track, and report on feedback and online reviews
-Oversee and approve marketing and brand materials, from website banners to hard copy materials
-Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight, and assess against goals
-Collaborate with managers in preparing budgets and monitoring expenses
-Coordinate with sales and marketing team to boost brand awareness, community engagement and operations
-Develop targeted marketing initiatives and campaigns, from ideation to execution, to drive customer acquisition and retention
-Manage digital marketing efforts (SEO, paid ads, email marketing)
-Analyze our brand positioning and consumer insights
-Help shape and communicate our vision and mission
-Translate brand elements into plans and go-to-market strategies
PR & Community Engagement
-Lead public relations efforts, including media outreach, influencer collaborations, and brand storytelling
-Build and maintain relationships with press, industry partners, and key stakeholders
-Organize and oversee brand events, launches and sponsorships
E-Commerce
-Create and update product listings on Shopify
-Manage price changes
-Ensure all website copy and details are accurate including product information, services, and general business info
-Assist in inventory management and tracking
-Act as a point of contact for our Shopify site
-Update site settings as needed
-Monitor SEO and web traffic metric
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field; Master's degree is a plus
- Minimum of 4 years + experience in sales, business development, marketing and PR preferably in a fast-paced and growing company
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful growth and marketing strategies, and managing PR campaigns
- Strong understanding of business development, marketing, and sales principles
-Strong analytical skills to track sales, customer data, and campaign effectiveness
-Experience with digital marketing, social media management, and brand positioning
- Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to think creatively and strategically
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Passion for the food and beverage industry and a strong understanding of consumer trends
