Cura Workforce Solutions is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Chef on behalf of a reputable care home in Dinnington. This is a part-time position offering a meaningful opportunity to contribute to the wellbeing of residents through high-quality, nutritious meals.

About the Role:

Working two days per week, the successful candidate will be responsible for preparing balanced, home-style meals that meet a variety of dietary needs. Youll play an essential role in supporting a caring, homely environment where residents health and happiness are a top priority.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, prepare, and serve meals in line with dietary requirements, including allergen and texture-modified diets
• Maintain high standards of hygiene and kitchen cleanliness in accordance with food safety regulations
• Ensure proper storage, rotation, and waste management of ingredients and supplies
• Coordinate with care staff to support individual dietary needs and mealtime routines

What Were Looking For:

• Previous experience as a Chef, ideally in a care or healthcare setting
• Minimum Food Hygiene Level 2 certification (Level 3 desirable)
• Understanding of nutritional needs, especially for older adults
• Good organisational and communication skills
• A reliable, compassionate, and proactive approach
