What You'll Do:

  • Lead and support a team of care assistants to ensure outstanding daily care delivery

  • Administer medication safely and accurately, following relevant policies

  • Provide person-centred care that promotes dignity and independence

  • Act as a key point of contact for residents, families, and healthcare professionals

  • Maintain clear and accurate records in line with CQC standards

What Were Looking For:

  • At least 1 year of experience as a Senior Care Assistant in a care setting

  • Proficient in medication administration

  • Strong communication and leadership skills

  • NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is preferred, but not essential

  • Passionate about high-quality care and resident well-being

  • You must have valid right to work in the UK with no restrictions or conditions
  • Our client is unable to consider applications where you are looking for Sponsorship or transferring an existing one
