What You'll Do:

Lead and support a team of care assistants to ensure outstanding daily care delivery

Administer medication safely and accurately, following relevant policies

Provide person-centred care that promotes dignity and independence

Act as a key point of contact for residents, families, and healthcare professionals

Maintain clear and accurate records in line with CQC standards
What Were Looking For:

At least 1 year of experience as a Senior Care Assistant in a care setting

Proficient in medication administration
-
Strong communication and leadership skills
-
NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care is preferred, but not essential

Passionate about high-quality care and resident well-being
- You must have valid right to work in the UK with no restrictions or conditions
