About the Role

Cura Workforce Solutions is recruiting a dedicated and compassionate Health Care Assistant to join a respected residential care service in Berwick-upon-Tweed. This is an excellent opportunity to provide meaningful, person-centred care in a stable and supportive environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care, mobility, nutrition, and hygiene

• Support residents with dignity, respect, and patience

• Record observations and contribute to tailored care plans

• Collaborate with colleagues and communicate effectively with residents and families

• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in line with care standards

Candidate Requirements

• Prior experience in a care or support setting is preferred

• Ability to commit to full-time hours on a 4 on / 3 off rolling rota

• Flexibility to work either: 

  Mixed shifts (days and nights), or Days only, or Nights only
• Right to work in the UK no sponsorship or visa transfers can be considered

• Compassionate, professional, and team-focused approach
