Events Assistant

We're on the lookout for confident and proactive Events Assistants to join our growing team. With both full-time and part-time roles available, this is your chance to be part of a dynamic events company working with a wide range of exciting clients from big-name brands to local legends.

What youll be doing:
No two days are the same. One day it might be a corporate launch, the next a private party or creative pop-up. Youll be:

• Assisting in event planning, preparation and on-the-day coordination

• Supporting client communications and understanding their vision

• Helping with set-up, pack-down, logistics and behind-the-scenes magic

• Liaising with suppliers, venues, and attendees to ensure everything runs smoothly

• Keeping everything on track, on time, and on brand

What were looking for:

• A people-person whos organised, adaptable and unflappable under pressure

• Strong communication skills and a keen eye for detail

• A can-do attitude and willingness to roll up your sleeves

• Previous event experience is a bonus, but not essential energy and enthusiasm count just as much
