About the job Office Clerk (Entry Level)
This is an entry-level position with room for growth.
The candidate should have basic computer skills, ability to answer phone calls, and good customer service skills. Spanish language fluency is a plus.
Typical responsibilities include:
- Maintaining files and records so they remain updated and easily accessible
- Sorting and distributing incoming mail and prepare outgoing mail
- Answering the phone to take messages or redirecting calls to appropriate colleagues
- Printing, copying, or faxing documents as needed
