Staffing Specialist/Recruiter

Custom Personnel is seeking a staffing/recruiting export to join our team.

This is a base plus commission position depending on proven track record at landing and building relationships with perspective clients, head hunting and recruitment of individuals qualified for particular jobs! Interested applicants should submit resume and references. IMMEDIATE opening!

Job Responsibilities include:

• Initiating service agreements for job orders
• Interviewing jobseekers to determine fit for positions
• Filling open positions with available jobseekers
• Monitoring client accounts to ensure clients are happy with our services and our workers
• Marketing registered jobseekers to prospective clients to generate new leads
