We are hiring for Release Manager Senior to own and governing the end-to-end release management lifecycle across multiple products and platforms. The Release Manager plans and manages enterprise release calendars, coordinates with engineering, QA, DevOps, security, operations, and business stakeholders, and ensures smooth, compliant deployments through strong change management and CI/CD practices. The role involves risk management, CAB participation, release readiness reviews, stakeholder communication, and continuous improvement of release processes.

Job Description:

  • Own and govern the end-to-end release management lifecycle across multiple products and platforms.
  •  Define, plan, and manage the enterprise release calendar, deployment strategy, and release milestones.
  •  Lead coordination between engineering, QA, DevOps, security, operations, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless releases.
  •  Oversee change sets and CI/CD pipelines, ensuring strong change management governance, approvals, and regulatory compliance.
  •  Chair or actively participate in Change Advisory Board (CAB) meetings and release readiness reviews.
  •  Proactively identify release risks, dependencies, and conflicts; define mitigation and rollback strategies.
  •  Ensure release documentation, audit trails, and compliance requirements are met consistently.
  •  Communicate release plans, status, risks, and post-release outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  •  Drive continuous improvement of release processes, deployment automation, and operational excellence.
  •  Mentor junior release managers and contribute to organizational release management standards and best practices.
Requirements:
  •  5+ years of experience in Release Management, DevOps, Program Management, or related roles.
  •  Strong hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
  •  Deep understanding of change management frameworks (ITIL or equivalent).
  •  Proven experience managing large-scale, complex, and high-risk releases.
  •  Excellent stakeholder management and leadership skills, including executive communication.
  •  Strong analytical, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
