You will work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and analytics teams to transform complex business requirements into scalable data solutions.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements for data and analytics initiatives.
• Translate business needs into detailed user stories, functional specifications, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, Product Owners, Data Engineers, and BI teams to define analytical requirements.
• Analyze complex datasets and validate business logic using advanced SQL.
• Design and document dimensional data models to support enterprise reporting and analytics.
• Support the development of reporting and self-service analytics solutions.
• Work with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI, and other analytics platforms to validate reporting requirements.
• Partner with technical teams throughout the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
• Perform data analysis, data validation, and user acceptance testing.
• Facilitate requirement workshops and support Agile ceremonies.
• Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and data governance standards.
• Act as the liaison between business and technical teams throughout project delivery.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in Data & Analytics projects.
• Strong expertise in data analysis and business requirement gathering.
• Advanced SQL skills with experience analyzing large datasets.
• Strong understanding of dimensional data modeling concepts.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Fabric.
• Experience with Power BI and self-service analytics platforms.
• Understanding of Agile methodologies and SDLC.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working with Paid Media and Digital Marketing datasets.
• Experience within the Pharmaceutical or Life Sciences industry.
• Familiarity with Azure Data Platform.
• Experience supporting enterprise reporting and business intelligence initiatives.
