About this job:

We are looking for a Salesforce Developer Lead to join an international project. The role is focused on designing, developing, and optimizing Salesforce solutions, including custom Apex and Lightning Web Components development, third-party integrations, and adherence to platform best practices. 

This is a full-time opportunity.

Location: LATAM 

How you'll make an impact:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and requirements;
  • Design and develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and integrations with external systems;
  • Collaborate with business analysts, architects, and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical designs;
  • Maintain and optimize existing Salesforce configurations and customizations;
  • Integrate Salesforce with third-party applications via REST/SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware (e.g., MuleSoft);
  • Ensure compliance with Salesforce development standards and security best practices;
  • Stay current with Salesforce platform updates and evaluate the applicability of new features to ongoing projects;
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues, providing timely and effective solutions;
  • Provide guidance and recommendations on technical decisions and best practices;
  • Encourage the adoption of standard solutions and best practices to optimize Salesforce usage and efficiency.

What makes you a great fit:

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to effectively interact with clients, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams. Fluency in English is required;
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Salesforce consulting, business analysis, or related roles;
  • Proven experience in supporting and implementing Salesforce solutions, including configuration, customization, and integration;
  • Deep expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs;
  • Experience with Salesforce DX and modern DevOps practices;
  • Strong understanding of Salesforce data model, security model, and governor limits;
  • Salesforce Platform Developer certifications.
